Our Story
Agrilife Sciences is a boutique firm, founded by visionary technocrat and agriculture postgraduate, Sanjeev Asagodu. Our firm was founded in 2005 dedicated to preserving and enhancing soil fertility.
Inspired by the Vedas.
Guided by experience.
Veda means knowledge—to know and understand the creator of life. As human beings, we have no right to live at the cost of nature; our primary duty is to protect and sustain it. Soil is a great platform on which all creatures live. The seeds we grow in it help to sustain all microbes, fix atmospheric nitrogen in the soil, and promote increased food production. The essence of our Vedas signifies the worship of nature.
Beginning his career with multinational companies that produced and marketed pesticides, he witnessed firsthand the environmental impact and decided to change direction. Drawing inspiration from the Vedas, he transitioned to embracing organic green manure and natural products, ultimately founding Agrilife Sciences in 2005 to advocate for sustainable agricultural practices.
We value Sanjeev's thought process, which is shaped by his extensive experience, knowledge and direct interactions with farmers for over 40 years. His journey from conventional pesticide use to advocating for organic solutions reflects our commitment to nurturing the soil and preserving nature for future generations.
